motor mounts

Hello to all, i have a 73 mustang convertible with a 351c in it. iI need motor mounts for it,. i understang 73 is all on it's own and having a brutal time finding something that will work. These are original captive style mounts and they are not available, so i'am looking to the mustang gods for help and recommentations on what i can use, do or find to make this all work

Here is what I did. I sourced a set of 71-72 frame perches. This allows the use of the common 71-72 mounts.

Your story of woe is a common one here at 7173Mustangs.com. If you do even a cursory search, you will find lots of helpful ideas. Us 73 Vert owners are stuck with trying to find old units. If you do, there are few options to get them refurbished. My experience is, there is a common hack to rebuild them using a common Torino part; it won’t work on a vert motor mount, based on my experience.
