Ford Mustangs dominate GTS class of World Challenge opener in St. Petersburg
The SCCA World Challenge held its first race of the year this weekend on the streets of St. Petersburg, Florida alongside the Indycar race, and it was a trio of Ford Mustangs that dominated the GTS class. Second year driver Eric Floss captured the first race’s pole in his #73 Ford Mustang FR500S on his very first lap, barely beating the 2012 Mustang Boss 302S driven by Paul Brown.
