I have had my 1972 R code Mach1 for 6 years. Stripped it to the bone 5 years ago and lost interest. Recently got it back.. Put the unibody on the rotisserie and started grinding away last month. should be ready for blasting in the next month after a few rusted areas are replaced.

This will be a resto mod and look similar to the black mach in my avatar. 6 speed, Paxton SC, competition suspension and 4 wheel disc brakes. electronic dash, power leather seats, power windows, rear back up camera in mirror, Max-FLo EFI, 19" Vision wheels with ZO6 tires, Flowmaster exhaust, etc.

I struggled with modding such a rare car but I HATE the grabber blue, sorry, I know some people love this color. Since I wasnt keeping the color, I decided to make it a resto-mod and more drivable. The EFI and Paxton actually are a great combo with a 6 speed tranny, the car should get around 23 MPG on the highway with still having over 600HP when I want it.

Quick tip for the day ... Ever had to remove undercoating??? Its a mess. Clean and easy way to remove it...

1) Buy some liquid nitrogen from your local welding supply shop. Buy a needle scaler.

pour the liquid nitrogen on the undercoating work with a square foot section at a time. Let set for 3 minutes. Scrape off with the needle scaler.

You can do an entire under-body in a day..

And did you get a marti report on it? I surely would on a car with that code...Would love to see the options she come with.

Welcome, I like a lot of your ideas and will be curious about the back up camera/mirror. Are you going to integrate blind spot mirrors as well and will any of it work at night?

Yep, I have the Marti on it. Yes, it has the original HO motor.

How do you post multiple pics? Most forums allow a semi colon between JPGs but this one doesnt seem to allow more than one pic per post.
