Good day all, We just purchased a ‘73 convertible, 302 2v with 88k original miles. P.O. bought it 3 years ago and racked up just 400 miles…so it’s spent a lot of time parked.
Getting into it now to get it back in shape mechanically with brakes, tune up etc. It appears the car has had some “creative” problem solving by others. Some wiring connected with marettes, vacuum lines plugged with wood dowels, and paper towels wrapped around wiring to prevent chaffing. Here’s a few pics, I’ll get a thread started to share progress with the group.
No shortage of opportunity in this one. Looking forward to learning from you all and hopefully able to help later on.
