NON Air heater box

OK Guys during my tear down of the heater box (NON AIR) the two flapper doors that allow air to be put at your feet, both have bad places in the rubber seals on them. Does anyone know if these are made or is this some thing I have to figure out a fix for on my own?

They are laying on the table between the drill and the cleaner.

I don't know of any being made but you could use this

I just used window/door seal from HomeDepot to fix the box on an old 72 F100 box it worked 2years then sold the truck
