Oil pump disassembly

Does anybody know how I get the little pressure valve cap out of my oil pump, I took the pin out but can't get the cap out. I want to "blueprint" my oil pump.

I would try air pressure. Make sure the cap is point into a shop towel on the work bench, it'll come out with some force.
