Me too...Always wanted to try it ...But unless you live in a snake filled area or need some home defence..That is about all it is good for.....The spread is way too wide to enjoy like a shot gun....and shooting 45 long colts threw it was not that accurate...The quality is not there either...But saying all the bad parts..It is a great snake gun...One of the best i would say.

I tried shooting a red squirel @ 25 feet on a tree branch with no. 6's,he just sat there looking at me sticking his tongue out!I have a couple Taurus large frame wheelguns,I like them.

That is so true...lol...We tried to knock over a empty milk jug at about 20 feet...nope...lol....it is basicly a 10 foot gun in my mind...Sure you can reach out a little bit with slugs or 45 long colts...But you mite as well just get a 45 long colt that does not shoot shot gun shells if you want accuracy...Like Don said..its a niche gun..lol..Great for snakes...We got some rattle snakes out here...So great for people out hiking and such here.

He has a 357 taurus and it is a great wheel gun...Shoots fine...All thou i would say it needs some trigger work..But any modern wheel guns does a bit...I got spoiled and use too the smith's and the colt pythons of the late 60's...The action is like butter on them...lol...Later on thou...colt ...smith...ruger...taurus...Got machines to put them together instead of smiths.. and they all need trigger work to be even close to the ones made 50 years ago..lol

I really love my rugers-S&W"s,but I think Taurus makes a pretty solid gun for the $$$.

Yup..We have...It is my buds pistol i always wanted to demo it on vid..he did not have any long colt that day thou..But we shot it before with 45 long colt........it was not that bad but was not that accurate...and i did not think the action felt that great ...lighter and weaker feeling than it looked..but it did do its job and great defence gun...But as a good target gun...I would rather take a normal 6 shooter...The judge is better for clearing out a door way or getting snakes....In my opinion.
