Passenger rv mirror

Does anyone know if there is a way to tighten the glass on the passenger sport mirror (non remote). Whenever the door is closed, the mirror moves which is a real pain if there is no passenger to adjust it for me !

Or you can buy a new sport mirror and put the glass from it into yours. That's what I did.
