I was browsing some threads and noticed some disscussion on the use of 1973 power window switches on 1971/72 cars, the easy answer is the single ones fit with little modification. All that was needed to do was awl the holes on the ends of the wire harnesses a little larger and plug them in. The design is much better and i have had no issues since going on 10 years. the driver door ones are to different and will not fit the same. I was lucky 15 years ago a found some NOS driver door ones after I tried to clean mine with contact cleaner and they broke apart the bakelite sucks after it ages.
