In the past, I've read posts related to the DVCV in trying to understand the operation of this part. However mine has an electrical connection on the top in addition to the normal 3 vacuum connections ... dizzy advance, manifold vacuum and ported vacuum.
Since replacement parts do not seem to have this electrical connection, I'm wondering what the electrical connection is really used for.
Here is the latest info I've found but dont really understand what it is trying to tell me. Does anyone have any ideas as to what the function of the electrical connection is??
