replacing master power window switch in a 73

I want to change it out. 2 of the widow switches stick. Question is can I just take the cover off of the switch and remove it or do I have to remove the door skin to remove it from the back side.

IIRC, there's one screw on the bottom of the bezel and it pops right off, then you can remove the switch assembly.
