My wife's friend wants to buy a 2013 Shelby...she is wondering when Mr. Shelby did the signatures on them? Do you think there are a ton of autographed parts waiting to be assembled or is she out of luck for an autographed production Shelby? I'm just asking cause I have no idea! LOL! Actually, I'm not even sure he did sign all production Shelby's of late??

Not sure about that, I know that if you made a donation to his foundation he'd sign a part for free. I can't imagine that he sat there autographing 2013 Shelby parts waiting to be assembled. Maybe I'm wrong though.

I wanted to have him autograph my glove box door. That's what I get for procrastinating.

I heard you had to send in your part or glovebox door, he would sign it and would return to you. So probably too late to get an original one. Probably some folks will take them off their cars and put them on eBay!

The way it worked was that filled out a form from his website and send him the item you wanted signed (whatever you wanted airbag cover, visor, owners manual etc...) + a donation ($200 I believe) for his charity he would sign it and send it back with and a certificate to authenticate it. In my case I had my airbag cover done.

If you owned a newer shelby vehicle (GT500, GT500 KR, Super Snake etc...) you could also get a signed aluminum dash plaque with your VIN engraved in it.

Ah ok...the dash plaque must be what she was wondering about.
