I have a ‘73 vert 351c H with added edelbrock 4V, added ram air that recently with hard acceleration I can hear valve tap rods tapping pretty hard, when I let off, it quiets down. No change in performance. At first I thought this was just low octane gas, but it’s not that kind of knocking. I changed the oil, didn’t help, engines are not my ballywick, any experts out there that might want to weigh in? Many thanks!! Jrs
