Under hood light

Wondering if any one has a picture of where a under hood light is mounted. Assembly manual doesn’t give any measurements. I would assume tab on the end of bracket fits into a location hole. I have a new hood on my 72 Mach 1

In case you need the additional routing beyond Steve's picture. As you asked about mounting I presume not, but just in case. Picture is a little dark, but you can see the routing from the hood on left to the bullet connector on the shock tower brace.

Yes that does help. My harness doesn’t have a connector on it I’ll have to splice into it somehow.

Some hood lights had a twist-apart fuse holder and a ring terminal to hook to the starter solenoid. A simple solution would be to fabricate a jumper of ring terminal->fuse holder -> female bullet.

Took your advice hemikiller I hooked too the convince harness circuit braker.
