vacuum lines on a 1973 Q code

I found one of my vacuum lines disconneted. It off the block on the fire wall. One hose goes the air filter to the the botton of the air filter housing. One seem to to go underneath the car whinch I am guessing goes to the trans modulator. There are 4 ports on the block on the fire wall. One port is capped and port has a hose that about a foot long and I can't find where it came off from.

check the intake manifold behind carb there is a vacuum fitting like a tree
