Easy one for you guys:

I have a 1972 Mustang with the grill sport lights. It appears that this takes a two contact bulb. When I checked the light bulbs in them, one is a dual element (1157 I think) and the other was a single element (1076). I do not have the car ready for a battery and cannot test which is correct, but thought I would ask. Which bulb belongs in the grill sport lights?

Wagner part number 94. Other brands may list it as part number T-94.

So it is a single filament double contact #94 bulb! Thanks. Seems that the previous owner stuck in anything that fit into the sockets!

If that is the worst thing the previous owner did, count yourself as lucky.

I wish! No, I am finding all kinds of crazy stuff. I think the combination of aluminum roof flashing and tar stuck to the inner quarter panels and the trunk drop offs (that are non-existent once the flashing is removed) is by far the sloppiest. Or the three cut holes in the dash right in front of the passenger. I assume these were cut to put in gauges, but when I can see the relays and wiring behind the dash, not pretty.

But the one that really takes the cake: The emergency cable was replaced and instead of running the cable through the correct hole in the floor, the previous owner ran the cable through the rust hole under the drivers feet! Now I have to remove the cable, re-route and re-install. Then cover the rust hole.
