Hello everyone, I have a quick question. Have any of you fine folks used a Hughes torque converter before? The one I am looking at has 2200-2500 rpm stall speed that sure should work well with my combo. Thanks.

B and M and TCI make good converters.

You need to call the converter company and ask them what you should use . A2500 stall in a small block will have a different stall in a big block because of the torque so what the ads say the stall is does not apply to all engines.

Thanks for the reply. As far as I know Hughes is the only one that makes a converter for the FMX transmission.
