You international folks are amazing. I responded to a guy in Germany today who is fighting an exhaust problem. And yesterday I was at my second car show here in Arizona in a week that dozens upon dozens of old American cars. It's a big contrast.

It takes a special person to own a 50 year old Mustang outside of North America. Your parts options are limited. Your 'parting out' cars for parts are rare. Some countries have very strict laws and inspections that limit what can be done and insist on what MUST be done. International shipping, customs, taxes can be expensive. Local mechanics are almost non-existent and probably incompetent. No one wants to ship to you and if they will ship, well, wait for a week or two until it shows up!

And of course our cars don't have the same aftermarket support as the earlier Mustangs which complicates it even further.

You persist despite all of the additional challenges you face. It's amazing and inspiring. When you are driving around getting even more looks, waves and stares than we do here in the USA remember that you've earned it so enjoy each and every one.

Here, far from the convenience of an existing used parts market or knowledgeable mechanics, you only have a chance to enjoy your 71-73 Mustang if you own a small workshop, can repair as much as possible by yourself and have a handful of close friends, either in your personal circle or in an international forum like this one, who will support you without self-interest.
