Running the vin... 351 2V is what I have. Intake is Edelbrock Performer LB 351-2v based on the marking on the unit. Seems like a good fit?

Thanks TommyK - it does run fairly well.. Needs to warm up for a few mins then it is solid. How complicated is removing the intake and install a new gasket? I'm a novice should I take this one on? How can I determine if it is the wrong intake?

So your right the oil sending unit is a problem. I removed it and there was no seal. Now when I replaced it the same issue happened. So I asked my wife to start it up and I watched to see where the oil was coming from. It was coming out of the top of the oil sending unit. I'm guessing it's...

Thanks I am going to get armed up with some steel wool and see if I can make a dent in it. Checked a few catalogs can't seem to find a 73 header molding, most other years are available but not for a 73. Any thoughts on a source if I end up just replacing it?

Looking to replace the current header molding on my 1973 Convertible. It is rusted fairly badly. I tried to clean it up but the oxidation doesn't seem to budge. Also open to ideas or products I should try to get it cleaned up rather then replacing it. Thanks!

Thanks guys.. I picked up some of what you recommended and will be starting the clean up! As new entry into this area any sites you recommend for picking up parts that I need. I am thinking parts of the interior may be beyond a cleaning and will need to be replaced.
