Wow! I guess out there in the hinterland the contractors figure you either pay or do it yourself. Limited competition drives what they charge.

What about a steel building? I see them advertised quite reasonably from time to time. I know concrete has gone through the roof cost wise, but I'd be looking at alternatives.

I hear some of the metal buildings are terrible for condensation in humid areas.

That's great that he was able to pass it on to a new adventure. I wish I knew about that car before I bought and started the restoration on my car, it looked like a really nice original car.

I'll not say the price, but it was up there for a 1 owner, pretty much original, car. And yes, it is staying in Canada, Quebec actually.
