I watched the listing until it ended…didn’t sell but still in inventory at NAB…asking a bit high with lack of a/c, base instrumentation, white center console and being a 302, but engine upgrades…it’s always interesting to see what happens to a car you sold in the past…was/is the non-comfort weave interior the way it was when you sold it 71mach351? Obviously I’m drawn to your car’s original color 5M.

The car had very nice repro comfortweave seats when I sold it. I don’t know why they would have replaced then again. I noticed they replaced the door panels but forgot the handles. Missing horns and cowl vent grilles. It is an a/c car. The parts went with the car but not installed.
It looks like they only put 1000 miles on it in 10 years. I wonder if it sat and needed a complete rehab. Just look at the exhaust headers. Clean when I sold it, rusty now. Must have been sitting in the weeds.
It was a very nice solid driver. I also loved the copper color with white trim.

Shame on them whoever bought it from you…were the middle side mldgs the adhesive type or the screw on type? Just curious…I see them on a lot of examples at car shows and never looked closely.
That trim was screwed on. They went through the trouble of welding up the holes that molding but left the rocker molding. I would have removed both a painted the lower blackout.

Completely agree. People have a weird affinity for the rocker and wheel well moldings. I can't count the number of Mach 1s I've seen that have had the wheel moldings added.

FWIW, that dealer is just a fluff n flip place. They bought a friend's 70 sportsroof, replaced the styled steel wheels with Magnums and added 10k to the price.
