1970 Torina 351 C same owner 40 years

Here is another Torino local to me that looks like a decent car for the asking price of $3,500. Same owner for 40 years but the roof is rusty from the vinyl roof. There again never was these cars with hose, car wash or pressure washer just feeds the rust.
