71-73 fold down rear seats in good condition-one spot slightly compressed on lower seat passenger side front (see pic) no other rips on seats-priced to sell 350 plus shipping will offer them here for a few weeks then if I still have them they are off to ebay where I will be asking 450. I had no idea! These are from a fold down seat car. I based my price after viewing an ebay add for a set of red fold down seat cusions as if they were specific to fold down units and they are asking 450 and have about a dozen watchers so if they are the same as regular back seats why the strong interest?

70 cobrascj-are you sure about that because I just saw a rear seat from a coupe and it is for sure different-i don't want to mislead anyone into thinking I am selling something special but would like to confirm one way or another-thanks!

The seat frames and cushions are the same for fold down and fixed rear seat sportsroof cars.

Coupes have completely different frames, as do convertible.

I searched for 1971 mach one rear seats (see red photo) and they are different than the cusions that i have-the rolls in the seats are aprox 2 inches as opposed to mine which are about 4 or 5 inches could it be that fold down seats are specific? They are clearly different styles-and I do see they would fit in a fastback.

The red seats look like comfort-weave. That might explain the difference.

The red seats are as 351c1971 stated, comfortweave upholstery, which would be part of the optional Mach 1 Sports Interior. It also included the striped front buckets w/comfortweave inserts.

Your black seats are for the standard sportsroof interior upholstery pattern. There's also the 71-only Decor group striped cloth seats to add into the mix.
