I can recommend a company that is specialized on refurbishing classic car leaf springs in Germany (Federnwerk Bischoff in Stassfurt). I guess it is not as costly to send them to Gemany for refurbishing as shipping some new heavy leaf springs from the U.S. via air freight.

They have made very nice work on my Mach 1 springs, they even repainted them and greased them between the leaves. The cost for a complete overhaul and re-assembly was around 100 Euros per spring.

I used a hydraulic press on my '55 Willys 4x4 wagon (powered by a Ford 292 Y block) more than 20 years ago and it is still holding the arc. I did the 3 longest leaves on each side. The press I used had a pressure gauge on it, which made it very easy to get the same arch in each one.
