1973 Mustang Sportsroof. Currently a work in progress!!!
It's been a crazy two week at the salt mine, but I finally managed to pull out my 73's Cleveland and begin to tear it down.

Looks like I have a little rust issue up top.

What kind of repair can be done with this?

Tim

Sorry to see you had to tear the engine down. Your signature picture says"Drive Me!" so I hate to see you with the power train out.

Research "Heater Hoses" on the forum. http://www.7173mustangs.com/thread-heater-hose-connector-on-engine-block-needs-replacing

You can remove that nipple and replace with new one. Use Channel locks hammer vise grips heat, whatever to get it out then buy new one. I actually had the machine shop that was doing my rebuild drill and tap mine so I could plug it, since im not running heater. Then when I do decide to hook heater and ac up I just get a threaded nipple for it.
