3D CAD modeling

Does anyone out there have the ability to create models using Pro-Engineer/Creo? I've got a few small concepts for some things I would like to CAD up so I could consider fabricating them.

I realize there are other CAD options. If you have those skills, let me know, but my experience has been the bulk of the world used Pro-E/Creo these days.

So... what kind of projects do you have in mind. I have no CAD skills, but am not too terrible in coming up with ways to prototype parts...
