The 2 pics of real cars are not the same car. the first pic is a 73 with 71-72 front grill, the second pic is a 71-72...notice the bumper, and turn signals. One has hood locks and the other does not...I could go on. $17,000 OBO? for which car?

The front valance on the first has no signal lights, the second has them. The seats appear to be different. The first car has a window sticker, the second does not.

It is sort of like that game you see in the paper. Two pictures and you are supposed to spot the differences! This could be fun.

This is how this sale will happen.

1. Car is bought

2. Shipping is arranged

3. Buyer receives a die cast model

4. Homicide investigation opens

5.....

One has hood twist locks, one has terrible hood blackout paint - really wrong, I'm sure there are more -

And I almost forgot, one is a die cast toy in a small paper box with the rare clear plastic window :) :) :) :)

I don't have much sympathy for idiots who get taken easily by these kind of scams.

Who in thier right mind would fork over 10s of thousands of dollars for a car ( or anything else) without doing thier due diligence in checking out the authenticity of the item for sale as well as the seller?

Even the most novice of car enthusiasts can see that there is something seriously amiss based on the three photos of obviously different vehicles.

"Buyer Beware" indeed.
