Accelerator Pedal?

Without replacing the entire assembly to fit a decent one, does anyone know if there is a better replacement for the 72 Coupe accelerator pedal? All I can find are these plastic ones, which after buying one, continues to fall off the pin mount on one side. This thing is garbage, but can't seem to find a decent one...only these plastic ones. This was actually from CJ and when it showed up I was kinda shocked how crappy it was. Curious if anyone else had this problem and what they bought or replaced it with.

You should have little clips that hold the pin in place so it doesn't walk around. I can get you a picture if you would like. Also, shoot me a pm here on this forum for those items you would like from my ebay store. I can combine the shipping to make it easier.

Yes there should be a c clip on each side and a spring.
These pics are off eBay not the best but you can kind of see the clip

Yep, I don't have the clip or the spring. That solves that.
