Axle decoding

Hey guys! Im trying to get hold of a used locker for my 9 inch, in this quest for cheap elevens a guy a bought a glass fibre hood from contacted me saying he had a complete third member for sale, and he got me the numbers on the axle tag wich are the following:

WJC-CN4 OJB   75 9 136A

What is this? I cant find a code that starts with WJC anywhere. I asked him if he had resd it wrong but he sounds pretty certain that the numbers are correct.

He was going to double check the next time he went to the loction of the axle but he didnt know when, so i thought i would ask here

I do not see those codes anywhere in regards to a 9" rear end.
