Hi Guys, can someone please post some detailed pictures on how quarter window rollers, washers, bushings, rubber pads etc. go on correctly. There are 3 tracks so do I need 3 rollers, washers, bushings per side? It's been so long I cannot remember. I do have the Ford manuals but it's just not showing what I need. Thanks everyone!

I don't have much... I would used the shop manual as Ray suggests, or the body assembly manual Pages 71-79.

Here are some pictures. If I recall I put the track in from top along with window but as separate parts. I put the crank and lever in from the bottom hole inside if I remember right. Has to be easy less than 2 min. on assembly line to do it.

This car is California car so not rusty tracks. I washed with Kerosene and put the Lucas Red N Tacky #2 grease on. Works much better than the old white grease. Everyone that rolls the windows down comments on how smooth and easy they are.

Thank you all ! Just what I needed to see, LOL ! I still have my Dynacorn quarter panel unattached so I'll do everything from the outside. Not sure if I wanna put in the window yet. And as David suggested Red'N Tacky is what I'm gonna be using.
