Can anyone tell me what screw to use to fasten the end of the door Belt Line weatherstrip? The body manual says a 380642-s2. I cannot find a cross reference for that number. I did find a #6 self tap, countersink, .5 inch long in my door parts bag. It is just tight trying to start it.

Anyone?

kcmash,

They may be the replacement screw. Take a look at this thread I found. Can you post a picture of the left over screws?

According to the website, http://www.fordification.com/tech/partnumbers_hardware.htm 35000-39499 = Machine Screws with a S2 = Raven (Phosphate & Oil).

Late Model 1994 Ford Bronco used this screw-

I would say that the Ford Hardware part numbers are not easy to identify and or locate information on. AMK Products do definitely help, though! The Fordification website is one to keep handy.
