Door glass alignment

Hello
I had to take the glass out on the drivers side door to change the guides ( anti rattle guides)
The shaft that they go up and down on, the bottom bolt actually broke the metal off that it was bolted to. I just added larger washers instead of welding it. Works great but. Now when I close the door with the window up. The glass is tested out at the top by 1/4” maybe a bit more. It’s not sealing tight against the 1/4 glass window in the back seat. I looked but can’t figure how to change the angle ( tilte the top of the window in)

Is there anybody else that no’s how to adjust door glass.

I’ll be keeping an eye on this as my drivers window glass just fell inside my door last night! Ugh!!

Most likely the roller on the regulator fell apart. Another member replaced his recently.
