Looking for a 71-73 Mustang Fastback Driver's Side seat riser (or seat platform). I am not looking for Coupe or Convertible platforms. They are slightly different and want to avoid modifying one. That's left for plan C.

Mine has the front edge rusted. Even if you have one with rust somewhere else I may be interested if I can make one out of two. Please send pictures if you have one.

Thank you.

let me check the ones in my fastback and ill pm u

The repo seat pan for 69-70 looks very close to factory pan for 71 fastback. Perhaps by modifying 69-70 riser at the seat mounting holes it could be made to match the 71.

So, the ones being advertised by CJ Pony Parts for Coupe/Fastback are incorrect?

From what I understand they will fit, but will sit about 1/2" higher than stock, which means your head will be 1/2" closer to the roof. This is a problem for tall drivers. Some people have cut them down to the same size. If I don't find decent used ones I may have to buy a new one and deal with it.
Watch out with CJ. Free Shipping for them, but if the part is wrong you pay return shipping!

Sent you a PM then went to the garage to find I actually only have a passengers side fastback riser. Complete with factory grease markings, date stamps and a rusted front end. Easy to fab a flange and fix if anyone needs a passengers side.

Can someone that has a 70 provide measurements of the width, height and hole position/distance of their driver's side seat platform?
