Partly in commemoration of the birth date of the Marines, the First Lady and I did our First 5k run to honor one of my Son's Marine classmates (Tim Creager) who was killed in Iraq. I think I did pretty good for a 65 year old (41.25 Minute walk) with ALL of that being "walking."
Like Chuck, I am also an AF veteran (30 years) but I KNOW that All of the folks who have served went the "step beyond" what is normally required of a "citizen."

Thanks BT. We can't do enough to honor those who have made the ultimately sacrifice in our defense. That is an awesome time for your run (walk), get out there with your bride as often as you can. I'm still a youngster, I'll be 50 this month and I don't exercise as often as I should. You are definitely motivating me! Thanks to all!
