Happy thanksgiving to all! I'm really looking forward to being with family and friends tomorrow!

I started cooking around 12:30 this afternoon, and finally just now got to sit down... Over 11 hours of prep... Turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, rolls, cranberry jelly, spiced peaches, pumpkin pie, pecan pie, ice creams...

Fixings for bloody Marie's, whiskey sours, and several types of Martinis... Bud light select 55, Budweiser platinum, yeungling light, yeungling porter...

I'm beat... But I can't wait till tomorrow!


Did I mention that I love to cook?

And... I'm planning to smoke a turkey on Friday since there's no way we will have many leftovers from tomorrow.

And I forgot to mention a big saucepan full of corn that We froze back in september.

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. My mother got to come back home two days ago after being in the hospital/rehab center for about 6 weeks, so we had a great Thanksgiving.
