Harmonic Balancer replacement

Hello everyone, I am new to the site and am helping another member (Cobra2572) restore his 71 351C 4V 4 speed.

The harmonic balancer originally on the engine has a good bit of dry rot on the rubber between the main body of the balancer and the outer most portion of the balancer. Can the balancer be refurbished or is there a better replacement available?
