I HAVE A 71 MY QUESTION IS DO THE 71 HAVE ACCELERATOR PEDAL SPRINGS (RIGHT BEHIND THE PRDAL ) I DONT HAVE ONE ON MINE THE PEDAL FLOPS I CAN'T FOND ANY INFO ON LINE SO IM THINKING THAY DON'T ANY HELP THANKS FOR YOUR TIME

As rocket366 suggested I would try Don (OMS) as he has been able to work a lot of "Magic" finding these sort of things. The spring you need is C5AZ-9C804-B. If Don doesn't have one you can go to E Bay and enter the part # and it will show the spring you need that is presently for sale.

There is a pedal spring behind the plastic pedal (see picture)

There is a little difference in the pedal spring ('71 and '72 are the same but '73 is a little different).

As far as I know there is not one being made for 71-3

C5ZZ-9760 fits 65-68

C9OZ-9760 fits 69-70

I have good pedal assemblies with spring

I found this spring worked perfect.

Goggle "scott drake C5ZZ-9760-B". Got mine at summit racing for $2.

It says its for a 64-68 but it works great with the 71-73.
