I have a Kershaw Skyline which is an awesome utility knife. The only thing that kind of gets annoying is the amount of pocket lint the back spacer collects. This is problem with a lot of folding knives so I decided to make a full flow through design.
Here's how I went about it:
With the plastic back spacer.
Took out the old spacer and measured the thickness.
3/16" aluminum rod
cut it down
drilled the hole
Polished and installed new spacers
Let me know if you guys have any cool knives.
Thanks for looking.
