Hello all,
I'm going through my M code '71 that i've had since high school (1996) but has been sitting in a barn since 2008. I am working through my brake system at the moment and have decided to use some larger rotors/calipers on the front (original power disc car) as well as an 8.8 swap with discs.
My question is that now my 15" Magnum 500s (that have been on since shortly after i got the car) will not fit any longer, and of course my factory 14" steel wheels with dog dish and beauty rings won't either. I really want to find a 17" or 18" wheel that will accept the factory dog dishes, nothing fancy, just old muscle car look.
I have seen 15" steel wheels that work for this, but nothing larger. Maybe I just am not searching correctly as i'm not sure what "kind" of wheel accepts these hubcaps?
Has anyone ever done this, or is it crazy?
