Like in the good ol' days...

Today I had a great day with my familiy to shut off from other problems - mum, dad, brother, sister and their kids and husband. It was a fantastic trip and shows once more, that you can't keep a good old iron down - like our big bodies, too ::thumb::

It was like a trip in the beginning from the last century. The steam locomotive was build in 1905. Ok, it is not the biggest, but it does it's work. On winter they drive a bigger one with a tender. They restored a few railroad miles with some rail stations. At the rear there was a railbus of the 60ies, too. Awesome - enjoy the pictures ::thumb::

It´s about 45 minutes from my place. I used to live just 6 Kilometers away from it and I actually took the very first pics of my car on that site the day after I got it.

We´ll put that on the list of things to do when you eventually come over for a prolonged visit.
