I don't have a Throttle Cable for a 302 at this time, thanks for your help

Just wondering; How much different is a 302 t/cable to a 351C?
I think the pedal end would be the same on a 71/72, so just wondering if a 351 cable could be made to work if a 302 is unobtainium.
