You got a pic of what you need for the cap. I recently bought a bunch of various ford caps.

Crest style center cap needed for non Mustang Magnum (D1OZ-1130-A, replaced by D6OZ-1130-B) and was used through 1980 which was the last year Ford production installed a Magnum wheel.

waterlife, if no one here has any center caps, try searching by part number on E-Bay. You can also try Dearborn Classics, Auto Krafters, Coker Tire, and other sources that sell Torino parts. I believe West Coast Classic Cougars also sells them along with the Mercury versions. That way you can shop around for the best price.

I have had luck on this site befor finding center caps for my forged alloy wheels. On ebay there are 2 used ones for $23, best price so far
