media blasting sucks

I'm doing chemical stripping and I can tell you that that sucks too. At my current rate I think I'll have over 40 hours into it. The did a lot of skim coating and the stripper doesn't work that well on bondo. After stripping I still need to do a final sand. I thought about sending it out but even the media blast place sad they would strip a lot of the panels first because of concerns about warping with 3 paint jobs. Good luck with your build.

I think I definitely went the right route by letting somebody else do everything on mine. Inside and out of all parts including underbody for $850. You couldn't pay me to do all that for $850.its best to leave it to a professional or you'll warp every panel on the car causing you more money and struggle in the longrun when its time for filler work.
