The 14G and 016 ??

3 is bright red
5E Vermillion knitted vinyl
AC I assume is AIR CONDITIONING ?
QM ??
BRAC basic trim rings and caps / dual racing mirrors

I guess 14G = date code and 016 = rotation number?

I'd guess july 14. G being the 7th letter, and july being the 7th month. And 14 being 14.
