Mystery carb

Have this Motorcraft spread bore four barrel carb, was in my cousins garage. No tag or numbers stamped that I can see. Any know? Is it worth any thing or just good for parts?

Looks like a 4350. Mid-late 70's smog carb.

The base usually has some numbers stamped on the side somewhere around it.

Parts numbers are stamped on the side of the driver's front mounting lug.

I agree with Tommy K that it is a Motorcraft 4350.
