Need help again

I pulled the fenders off in order to paint the engine compartment and align the passenger door better. When I pulled the fenders, I found that the plastic splash shields on both sides are dry at the edges and are cracking apart. I have checked all the major suppliers, and I can't seem to find repo's of these parts (NPD, Classic, CJ Pony, Kentucky Mustang). Maybe I am using the wrong search terms on the websites.
Does anyone know where these can be purchased or what they are actually called? i thought they are just inner fender splash shields. I have half a mind to just cut off 1" of the bad plastic and pop rivet a rubber innertube on the edges and call it a day. Any help would be appreciated.

I should have some. Let me get you a picture. Keep in mind that the 1" that goes against the fenders are slotted a bit so they can bend and flex as you drive down the road.
