Just thought I would throw out a post to introduce myself to the group. I am a long time ford/mustang fan. I have accumulated many cars over the years and spend a lot of time wrenching on them. I currently am putting a lot of focus on my 71 convertible and have been frustrated at the limited information about them on other sites. Then a friend with a 72 pointed me here, and I have already found answers to numerous questions.

My stable includes-

1971 mustang convertible, 351c 2v, 3 speed, mostly stock (my avatar)

1969 mustang fastback, 331 (stroked/bored 302), auto, otherwise mostly stock

1984 mustang SVO, 2.3T, Highly modified drivetrain

2002 mustang GT, bought new, 26k miles on it, mild mods

1973 Bronco, 351w, auto, 35s, Highly modified

and a few old 60's econoline vans and van-ups.

I am excited to start learning from the group!

Welcome to the site from Virginia!

Nice looking stable, Clean SVO too! Anytime you get frustrated just log on and ask away, there is practically nothing on a 71-73 that these guys havent found, restored, rebuilt, remade, or just don't know!

One of the greatest sites around!

Welcome from coastal Alabama! Nice herd of stangs! Post a pic of the Bronco and vans too. ;)

Thanks guys, I am from NW MN, pretty close to the infamous city of Fargo. Here are a few pics of some of my other projects..

73 bronco- bought it out of a tree row, was a stock baby blue 302 truck. Now is lifted, 351w, lots of suspension work, locked axles, 35" tires, camo paint, twinstick shifter, rock slider bumpers, lots of other Goodies. Not the best pic, but one I had handy that shows it isn't a tar baby (I do have doors and a top, just weren't on here).

63 Econonline Van- 302, C4, 9", straight and clean, needs paint and interior completion. Also planning on lowering significantly and better wheels. Progress has been stagnant recently due to mustangs. Not actually for sale, just an old pic.

65 Econoline Van-up - 302, AOD, 9", currently stripped down and being prepped for paint (unfortunately, in hold in that position for a while now due to mustangs taking priority)

As you can see, I have a little bit of Automotive ADHD, although I primarily stick to old fords (except for one old Desoto). If I would stick to just one car, I probably would make a lot more progress. I also have quite a few other vehicles, but they are either parts cars or projects so far from completion they aren't worth mentioning. Because of my scattered interests, I don't develop a really deep knowledge on any one car, which is why I LOVE special interest sites like this with guys who really know their stuff.

Welcome aboard from south east Wisconsin. Very cool mustangs you have and the SVO is sick.

::welcome:: from Maine. Nice toy collection! I love those old Bronco's,I had a "75" years ago.
