New LA Member introduction

Greeting, new member here in the Studio City part of Los Angeles.

Does anyone have any great mechanics they can recommend in LA that know these cars? Would love your recmmendàtions. I am selling a 1978 Corvette to make room so I have my Corvette specialist but would love some recommendations on ones for Mustangs in the San Fernando Valley or Hollywood areas.

The only place I know that has parts and works on the cars is Mustang Country in Lakewood. It's a ways from studio city though, espicially since you have to go through downtown LA to get there. I can't say much for their work since I've only bought parts there but they do know what they're talking about.

Hi, welcome. Hopefully someone within the site is familiar with shops in socal. I bought my convert in the San Fernando Valley. I found it on E-Bay, but I flew down to see it. It was a nice rust free California car with original blue plates.

Galpin = $$$$$... I went there to see about getting a 4" lift with shoes on my F-150 and they quoted triple what I could get it done at 4 wheel for.

My suggestion would be to locate a member near you and invite them to take a look at your car. Or locate the local club and ask on of them. Catch a local car show and find 71-3 Mustang owner. Just options. Where are those pics???? ---and Welcome from Oklahoma.
