It was time for another new sig. Those of you that are true '71-'73 fans (which I'm pretty sure that's why we're all here ) will recognize it, but I included an original ad from '71 for those of you that have been under a rock and have never seen this very popular ad

You left out the French Bread salesman on the bicycle from your original Ford ad? LOL

I always wondered why they put that in there? Guess they trying to capture that "European styling theme". ???

Your new one is cool. Better Idea Bulb > were the edges tough to wrap/curve with bulb?

Not really. I rendered the scene of the car, flipped it in GIMP to face the opposite direction, then did the bulb (which is a modified version of one I found on blendswap.com) and put a flat plane inside the bulb with my rendered image UV mapped to it as a texture, and viola! The only other thing I had to do was mess with the lighting and add some other planes out of camera view to make the reflections on the bulb, and changed the emit setting on the plane the pic was mapped to to make it a little brighter so you can see it a little better. Although I just summed it up in about 3 sentences, it took me about 3 days to get it right

As for the bread salesman...I think my car ran him over...
