Just saw this on eBay. I think he has produced this on and off over the years. I had to acquire a good used one from West Coast Cougars years ago for my restoration. Might be of interest to someone and looks to be reasonably priced.

I have bought three from him thru his email
[email protected].
It was 35 shipped thru his email.
He originally made these for 70/71 Torinos and I found him on the
Torinocobra forum years ago.
I bought two the last time do I would have a spare in case he quits making them.
They are very good.image.jpg

I also bought one from Dan last year for my repair. Great price on a good part.

Mine has a hole in it but it's out of sight under the batter tray, but I know the hole is there and would be great to replace it.

Does this apron support just bolt in or does it require welding into place?

Supposed to be welded to the frame, original was spot welded to frame and sandwiches in between frame lip and apron. It was also spot welded to apron where the flat area that the battery tray bolts go. I can't weld so I installed new apron and battery support with 3m panel bond adhesive. Honestly it has a higher shear strength than welding. So those are your options.
